CONSULTING SERVICE RECRUITMENT NOTICE

The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Green Climate Fund (GCF) and European Investment Bank (EIB) toward the cost of the Aimags and Soums Green Regional Development Investment Program (ASDIP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the consulting service contract named above.

A. Scope of work

The Local Engagement and Partnership Development Consultant will work to strengthen relationships with local governments and stakeholders, develop partnerships, and adapt project activities to local needs and circumstances to ensure successful project implementation. This position will play a key role in ensuring that project activities are sustainable and relevant to local contexts for stakeholders.

B. Requirements

The Local Engagement and Partnership Development Consultant will have (i) a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, management, journalism, social sciences, or a related field; (ii) at least 10 years of experience in media, including government agencies, local government communications, journalism, and social media marketing; (iii) the ability to effectively communicate with government agencies, the public, and international organizations, and the ability to build good relationships with key stakeholders; (iv) strong interpersonal and communication skills; and (v) excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian
